To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天休息，又去嘆下午茶。上次本想幫襯康怡廣場海港薈，去到大約2點半左右，竟然仍要等位，於是改往樓下玉桃軒。今次又系2點半左右，但不用等位，可以即時入座。海港薈佈置新淨，地方寬敞，環境舒適。坐下點了養生藥謄膳鳳爪、蒜茸蝦春卷、香芒沙律盞和千層薑汁糕。養生藥謄膳鳳爪的湯底藥材味濃郁、鳳爪腍甜，味道不錯。蒜茸蝦春卷和香芒沙律賣相吸引，炸得鬆脆，口感味道都有水準。至於千層薑汁糕，蒸得熱騰騰，既香且甜，軟滑彈牙，如果能再加強薑汁濃道，會更加出色。
