To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到比較多食評話好味,所以比較期待。幾個人去食,一人嗌一個麵/飯,再share 其他餸。首先,我自己係嗌咗個麻醬麵,賣相夠好,可惜金玉其外,d麵乾爭爭,又硬,我倒咗d餸汁落去先好咗少少。月見過貓係菜嚟,中間隻蛋撩勻之後,都唔知隻蛋作用係邊,好普通。佢個樣令人期待,可惜食落原來好普通,得個樣好睇,又無乜鑊氣。不過好彩叫了,因為d汁倒落啲麵度先食到d麵咋。三杯雞,呢碟幾好味,雞滑,辣椒有辣度幾正,d蒜頭大大粒都幾香幾好食。桂圓紅棗茶熱飲幾不錯,味道夠。除開一人130,食咗幾碟餸,又有飲品,唔算貴。
