To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚要同幾位長輩食飯,九龍城眾多泰國菜之中揀左黃珍珍,貪佢就腳、唔洗等位同坐得舒服,但結果係後悔選擇左呢度。老實說水準真係好一般,價位亦唔低,唯一要讚的就真係座位比較闊落,同店員會主動斟茶遞水。(當然呢個服務已經包括在加一服務費內)酸辣鳳爪($78):鳳爪唔係好入味,亦有點硬串燒沙爹(豬、牛、雞)半打($102):價錢不便宜,而最大問題係唔熱唔似燒過咁,我地5人食都食剩了泰式炒椰菜苗($88):比較可取的一味餸菜,味道不過不失蝦羔炒飯($98):炒飯可以炒到冇鑊氣,我地食到一半又放棄了辣椒膏炒蜆($108):辣汁都幾惹味,不過用上大蜆有點浪費,可能用細蜆會更索汁呢冬蔭功湯(M:$208):每人有一碗湯同一隻蝦,味道還可以啦整體感覺係比以前差左,實在好難在泰菜雲集的地區中突圍
