To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於尖沙咀新洗中心地下既日式餐廳，中午見佢地有lunch set,價錢吾算太貴，$65-90一個lunch set，包個沙律同日式湯，點完餐後食物好快就到。通常我自己覺得食壽司/刺身點既豉油都好重要，吾可以太咸，但佢地既豉油偏偏就好鹹，而且食物感覺唔算太新鮮，所以我食既候都冇乜大感覺，只覺都過得去，但份量吾算多，正常份量，建議比較大食既朋友可能要點多樣小食先夠飽。而且佢地set lunch既前菜沙律同湯都係好一般，食個lunch黎講吾算抵而且吾係特別好食，所以我吾會推介呢間餐廳比大家。
