Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮想食壽司，而附近就得間元氣，諗住星期日好多人都要等下位啦，點知唔使等直接就可以入去喇。今期限定佢哋有脆蒜帆立貝壽司，牛油味噌燒大切三文魚，仲有極上海鮮三點有赤海蝦特大松葉蟹棒同埋北寄貝添，都只係38蚊咋喎，咁我梗係要試下啲限定嘢啦。除咗呢幾樣之外嚟到元氣必點嘅梗係有蒸蛋啦，炙燒脆蒜赤海蝦壽司，炙燒牛油赤海蝦壽司。咁食完凍嘢咁就梗係食下啲熱嘢啦，呢度我最欣賞嘅熟食就有燒三文魚鮫，炸雞翼，同埋牛肉湯烏冬。咁食完煮食就咁係要叫返個甜品，佢哋呢期有個限定crossover海賊王嘅shake shake檸檬梳打味雪糕，混合咗可樂味同埋檸檬味嘅爆炸糖落去shake，食落又幾過引喎。總括嚟講呢餐呢都做到元氣嘅水準嘅不過不實驚喜就冇特別大㗎喇但係性在夠方便性價比嚟講都唔算太低。

今晚同friend一齊食brunch食咗好多唔同嘅壽司呢個壽司味道正常，冇雪櫃味道，應該都新鮮嘅推介呢個炸軟殼蟹嘅手卷，食得出軟殼蟹係好新鮮炸嘅同埋啲壽司煩唔會太多，鍾意食軟殼蟹嘅人鰻魚呢個麻麻哋啦，雖然啲醬汁好多，但係我覺得唔好食可能啲肉太腍蒸蛋呢個味道冇壽司郎嘅好食，先配料唔夠多啦，如果壽司郎會有多啲嘢食，不過呢個蛋就勝在非常之熱辣辣幾新鮮灼燒三文魚嘅味道麻麻哋，感覺上個火候唔夠猛烈，所以就冇咗香味

我今天到元氣食品享用午餐，因為他們正在舉行一個蟹主題活動，所以我和我的朋友點了一些蟹壽司。我們非常幸運，因為今日元氣會員享受到了8折優惠，我地叫左好多款！菜單上有許多款…我們先點了一盤蟹腳壽司，蟹腳肉鮮嫩多汁，配上壽司飯，口感十分美妙。接著，我們又點了一盤蟹籽壽司，這道菜色彩繽紛，蟹籽鮮甜爽口，給整個壽司添加了豐富的口感。我們還點了一盤蟹肉壽司卷，裡面包裹著新鮮的蟹肉，配以酥脆的海苔和壽司飯，每一口都讓人愛不釋手。另外，我們還試了一味噌湯，湯底濃郁，$19！好抵！喝起來暖胃又開胃。除了壽司之外，他們還有其他蟹主題的料理可供選擇，食材的新鮮度和製作的精細程度都非常出色，最緊要抵食！值得一提的是，服務人員非常友善和專業，他們總是笑容滿面地接待客人，並且樂於解答我們的問題。整體用餐環境乾淨舒適，音樂輕柔，讓人感到放鬆愉快。

    很久沒有去連鎖壽司店。到元氣新港中心晚市，人不多，沒有迴轉，只有手機點餐。第一輪壽司很快用列車送到。吞拿魚腩很鬆散，沒有鮮味。三文魚中炙燒不似，而魚腩不夠肥美。元貝的肉不多，大部分邊位內臟。質素明顯下降，wasabi 也用預制，唯有綠茶粉還是濃厚味道。

    兩姊妹嚟呢度最主要原因，係因為佢哋出咗角落生物嘅食品，仲可以加錢換購佢哋嘅公仔，不過好可惜，因為太多人鍾意，已經換購晒啦，我想買一隻都買唔到雖然玩購唔到呢隻公仔，不過食佢哋嘅食物，都好高質素，最緊要係價錢好平，帶拖羅應該係全香港最平，只係$19 ，質素都好好，可以揀炙燒，亦可以揀魚生版本，我就想試吓炙燒其實呢間元氣壽司質素真係唔錯，喺度食，真正支持香港的生意，真正香港的品牌，唔使幫襯日本入侵香港的品牌。😋😋😋😋😋

    呢日咁啱係「元氣壽司」嘅 #會員日，成三點都又未食lunch嘅我，梗係要入去食返個 #下午茶餐 啦😅 其實我個人都幾悶㗎，來來去去都係食同一個餐，貪佢樣樣有齊，#壽司🍣、#刺身，仲有我最愛嘅 #蒸蛋🤤 #小秘書 可以話係「元氣壽司」多年來嘅 #熟客仔，一路我對佢嘅品質都幾滿意。不過呢排唔知係咪冇乜人敢食 #刺身 呢？我咬落去件 #三文魚 似乎仲未完全溶雪，咬落去真係牙到震 好在我同店員講咗之後佢都馬上換過一份俾我，算佢啦👍🏻 #炸蝦丸 雖然係新鮮炸起，不過咬落去嘅口感唔得鬆化彈牙，反而有啲韌😅 好在我最愛嘅 #蒸蛋 依然保持水準，滑滑熱辣辣咁，好滿足👍🏻不過每次我都要comment嘅係佢個 #新幹線輸送系統，或者係我 #天生手短 啦，每次要喺架車上面拎晒一個個 #壽司碟 落嚟真係有啲考功夫㗎👉🏻👈🏻 想慳返啲員工錢，都要顧下食客嘅感受吖🤪

    第一次吃元氣壽司，點餐是掃瞄QR CODE網上點單，點完就會有個小車或待應送到來，點了好多不名味道的壽司，另外還有熱食小食，味道也不錯的，蒜味牛油帆立貝烏冬、芝士薯條、三文魚湯都係超好味。最後我們吃好多，太飽了

    There was a big 30% discount for a whole week for everything including service charge. In this case, how could we resist the temptation to come again with cold sushi under the hot weather? This time, we visited the TST branch as we were around. It was quite big with a lot of seats and also highspeed train service to deliver your food.     Overall quality of the sushi was quite good with no disappointment. Of course quality was not top notch, but very reasonable given the price. Everything was discounted by 30% including service charge. Service was reasonable as we didn't have to wait long for most of our orders. My kids were very happy and the server offered each of them a large piece of genki bear stickers!
