To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好想食片皮鴨，朋友提議試呢間，我地喺灣仔返工，灣仔有兩間佢已經食過，所以話試下呢間，不過佢都有D擔心，見評價好壞參半。片皮鴨3個人嗌咗半隻，一上枱O咗嘴，$298好細碟， 數量少，仲要細件，連包片皮鴨塊皮都少！朋友話好酥，我唔怕酥，所以無感覺！另外仲嗌咗秘制骨同小黃魚，秘制骨就幾好味，小黃魚就無特別！朋友原本想再叫嘢，問個侍應拎餐牌，哦完就算無咗件事，最後都係放棄，出去聰嫂食甜品算！服務一般，但茶係麥茶好好飲。不過唔會吸引到我再去！
