To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣食lunch,周圍都排滿隊。難得見到間有位置馬上入去。但浪費了金錢和肚皮的空間 😔雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬$66,整碗蕃茄湯底味道和質量一般,所謂雞扒,就像雞胸一樣,很嚡除了肉質不是軟嫩,肉也有點異味,像是不太新鮮。。。湯內幾件蕃茄像是生的,兩條蜜糖豆的質感更生,好大草青味。總括而言,其實是烏冬或烏冬、蕃茄還蕃茄、蜜糖豆還蜜糖豆,彼此像沒關係的,便將食材夾入碗內完事 😔而且味精極重,食幾啖就很口渴。難怪左右食店都滿座,只有他們有這麼多空位,也從不見有人排隊的食肆
