To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香又有一蚊雞,星期六本想去吃,原來要星期一至四。好啦好啦,終於等到星期一了。人很多,我們唯有坐門口旁的桌子。不過望著窗,都舒適。點了一蚊雞和一條魚,侍應見狀,上前三次推介我們不同菜式,吃多點。唯有多點一個冬瓜盅。炸雞等了40分鐘,終於到了。皮脆肉嫩,好多汁。冬瓜盅夠清甜, 但其實是冬瓜湯。魚的火喉不錯,就是魚本身不夠甜。
