跟朋友慶生, 所以認識到這家樓上法國菜餐廳, 早前看木川的東京大飯店, 當晚的用餐感覺, 就是服務非常用心, 上菜時, 經理解釋了每一道菜的製法, 聽完再進食, 別有一番風味, 當然食物質素也非常之好, 印象中最深刻的, 莫過於前菜那個伴碟的shellfish oil , 一入口那種澎湃感....還有那個龍蝦 Cappuccino....天呀....有機一定會再去
