第二個main course 係toothfish. 看似簡單,但功力深厚。個魚皮煎到金黃色,又香又脆👍🏻

第三及四個主菜就係for sharing, 斧頭扒及烤焗三黃雞。斧頭扒嘅生熟程度剛剛好,三黃雞嘅presentation 非常cartoon, 皮香肉嫩。很好食哦😀

我們入座後餐廳經理給我們遞上 wine list。在我來說,飲酒是必然的,但是閨蜜只喜歡淺嘗,喝一杯已經足夠,而wine list上所有酒類都是一瓶的價錢,於是我們詢問餐廳的負責人是否可以每一杯酒計算?此時餐廳負責人說 tasting menu是包括每人一杯酒的;這正合我們意思,我們二人當然高興,不過在餐單上沒有註明,負責人訂位時也沒有說過有免費紅白酒贈送呢!

其實一杯紅餐酒我也已經足夠,但是如果沒有餐酒配美食,那麼用餐的氣氛就沒有那麼完美了!

餐廳提供的這一款紅葡萄酒 RECANATI Jonathan Red 2020 (Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz) 🍷 餐廳正價賣$560,是產自Israel (Upper Galilee) 產區的,顏色是年份較輕的深紫色,我喜歡的紅酒顏色;入口感覺酸度較為柔和,質地柔滑,有點果香和黑胡椒的味道。個人第一次品嚐到以色列的紅葡萄酒, 最重要是沒有刮口澀味,我們二人均相當喜歡👍。

一般吃 fine dinning,會於吃主菜前提供一小口青檸雪葩,用以徹底清空前菜和湯的豐富味道,為稍後上場的主菜做好準備。
這個Tasting menu的第一道前菜就已經用上青檸雪葩,雪葩很快溶化,酸味混合青瓜汁和蟹肉,亦蓋過了青瓜汁的青澀味,感覺頗為清新,亦中和了魚子醬的鹹味,口感豐富😋。

(「LEB EAT」 也有一道前菜是牛油果蟹肉配青檸雪葩。我自己有時候在家也會用牛油果配蟹棒,牛油果需要用上熟成的,雖然蟹棒不是新鮮蟹肉,但混合在一起卻非常配合,家中沒有牙齒的老人家最喜歡。)

緊接着藍龍蝦出場的龍蝦 Cappuccino。不要小看這一小杯的龍蝦Cappuccino,廚師採用了龍蝦頭等熬製而成,我估計廚師為了保持龍蝦的鮮味所以不能製作一大杯龍蝦湯,所以巧妙地利用了泡沫的形式上枱;而這一杯龍蝦Cappuccino真是驚為天人,入口熱呼呼的,龍蝦鮮味滿滿,內裏還有一些龍蝦肉,增加了層次感,就連不喜歡喝龍蝦湯的閨蜜也讚口不絕,連聲說好, 還很快把這一小杯龍蝦Cappuccino喝完👍。(因為她曾經喝過有腥味和只是暖和的龍蝦湯,令她有對龍蝦湯有誤解,自此以後她就不喜歡喝龍蝦湯了😅。)

閨蜜不吃牛,所以選了白鱈魚,(學名: 小鱗犬牙南極魚), 主菜伴碟也是露筍和半個大啡菇,香草汁。白鱈魚肉質爽滑,細嫩無骨,脂香滿溢,很多餐廳都會採用。我吃了一口,感覺肉質白而嫩,吃起來口感爽滑,味道極為鮮美。

總的來說「SENTI」的每一道菜都經過廚師的精心設計,味道有層次,食物質素及烹調技巧都非常高,可以媲美五星級酒店,而價錢比酒店便宜,非常值得推介👍。

不過可能餐廳的地方有限,樓底亦不高,牆身裝修亦是以木和石磚為主,靠窗一邊全是玻璃 (全部都是非吸音的材料) 。因此聲波的反射非常明顯,我們入座時部份客人可能已酒醉微醺,說話的聲浪不期然加大,令餐廳環境非常嘈吵,好像去了歡樂時光的酒吧一樣🙄。差不多整個晚餐時段,我和閨蜜也要大聲說話,才能聽得到對方的說話內容;這樣的嘈雜環境下吃這個法式 Tasting menu 確實有點格格不入🤦‍♀️。 個人認為這是餐廳唯一美中不足的地方,希望有一些比較豪放客人在晚餐時段可以盡量控制一下聲浪,以免影響他人享用晚餐的氣氛就更完美啦✌️!

晚上九時多有大部份客人已經結帳離開,頓時令餐廳環境變得清靜,我們二人趁此機會也享受了半小時的寧靜時光。👍
Other Info. : 回家路上通過雲咸街,從LKF TOWER 到達蘭桂坊,沿着斜路往下離開。 很久沒有踏足蘭桂坊,星期四的晚上,見所有酒吧夜市都不甚熱鬧,蘭桂坊人流相當稀少,感覺唏噓😔! 可能今天只是平日,我想到了Happy Friday 和週末應該會有較多的人流。

其實佢食物比得上米芝蓮二星三星,除左tasting menu 外,我地仲加左個魚,雞翼,Scallop... 所有野都好好味。

尤其是龍蝦主菜,仲配左啲焗得超香既牛油法式麵包貼龍蝦個汁,野味到爆。個scallops 好新鮮清新。和牛都好有水準。

之前午餐黎我地食過紅蝦意粉同埋牛扒,都係煮得超級出色,價錢又相宜。
