To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日，揀選了旺角一間餐廳，坐在室外，寒風吹來，好彩有暖爐。定時有即場唱歌表演，好有氣氛，一邊摸著酒杯底，一邊聽歌，愉快！來自法國嘅 Gaboriau生蠔有份量，質感飽滿而滑溜，鮮鹹的海水味中蘊含豐富的乳香。有靚蠔一定要有酒伴，叫了一杯Chardonnay ，白酒配生蠔，無得輸。合桃羽衣甘藍沙律好欣賞醬汁，惹味。合桃烤過特別香脆。羽衣甘藍翠綠新鮮，健康之選。紅蝦墨魚汁意大利飯意大利飯一黑一橙，強烈對比，吸睛。味道濃厚，好滋味。隨了一大條八爪魚觸鬚，還有切粒增加口感。滋味。 Panna Cotta不只奶凍咁簡單。還有焦糖燉蛋。甜品控一定喜歡。
