To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This is our place. 這是一個購物的好地方,逛到五樓,看見LAB EAT。這裡佈置有格調,見員工對客人十分友善。便入去試試!經一輪防疫手績後,「嘟」了安心出行,便被引領入座。店內地方寬躺,座位舒適,某些座位更適合三五知己聚聚!加分!🥗每日沙律沙律菜新鮮丶烤玉米脆且甜、輕煎過的瓜片香且微脆,包著點點點的牛油汁,為這頓飯打響了頭炮!🥙紅酒醋醃漬紅菜頭及蘋果造型別緻,份量不多,但足以提起你的胃口!紅菜頭蘋果爽脆,調較的酸味恰到好處,與沙律菜及乳酪一起吃,很好的配搭!香煎新鮮海鱸魚柳及輕煎北海道帶子鱸魚柳烤得很到位,外脆內潤,獨立吃已很美味,另蘸少許蛋黃醬,別有一番滋味!輕煎的北海道帶子鮮甜,再加上微辣稠汁,相當不錯。鱸魚伴著清而潤的烤薯或沙律菜一起吃,不同的配搭,不同的美味,超值!炭燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配薯條我們選擇了七成熟的安格斯肉眼扒,烤者功夫了得,把牛扒烤得剛好,能鎖著肉內的水份,內潤而嫩,口感不錯,喜歡吃那美味的露筍,這是搶like的一道菜!🍟薯條外脆內軟,撤上少少少鹽,沾少許茄汁,一下子就把整盤的吃掉了
