616在香港想食下牛嘅唔同部位真係好難搵的,除非去深圳食啦,咁就可以食到又平又正嘅牛火鍋啦,深圳嘅餐廳仲係好新鮮添。只要你一落order,餐廳才把一大舊肥牛排一刀一刀咁切下來,送去你面前。可惜,香港係搵唔到呢啲店嘅。不過,最近香港都出現呢間類似嘅餐廳,616火鍋,形式跟大陸店相似,但新鮮度當然差得很遠,價錢也貴成倍,份量又小成倍咁啦。不過,要係香港生存,冇辦法㗎啦⋯⋯呢間餐廳發展得好快,呢幾年已經開咗好多分店,咁就即時上咗Openrice搵下,睇下邊區近,就走去訂位啦。見到Openrice有位book,就即時㩒埋去,訂8:30,咁就唔使煩啦。最初仲以為有9折添,點知要9:30後才有,笑咗加無言⋯⋯⋯8:00分去到,點知店員話冇我booking,經一輪對應後,最後原來係佢冇時間睇電話,冇幫到我留位,叫我取消返佢。嘩,山長水遠嚟到,叫我取消,冇嘢呀?我唯有話照跟現場位排,照等啦。差不多等到啲客人都入曬坐後,果位店員才走過來同我再講:Sorry,我又唔記得幫你排隊,依家才能幫你安排返,因為我以為你走咗。我就話:我哋一路都坐咗係度,未離開過!依家都入淨一兩枱,唯有再等啦!唉⋯⋯⋯如事者,等了差

麻辣鴛鴦湯底($78),麻辣味不太重,麻辣不是太辣,湯底算濃,入口不錯。另一款湯,係牛骨湯,有牛骨味,味道清淡,用來煮蔬菜是一流的選擇。

總括來說,食物質素不錯,可惜職員坐位安排差,唔係果晚落大雨,一早就走啦⋯⋯
