Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 馬鞍山唔再係冇野食！前幾日開左一風堂，店外掛著燈籠。店內有玻璃窗可以見到師父整拉麵。今日因爲4點左右入店，所以不用等位。#馬鞍山限定 #橫浜家系豚骨拉麵豚骨湯底好濃郁，拉麵簡左適中，拉麵質地彈牙。兩片叉燒肥瘦適中配材都好多，有溏心蛋，3片紫菜，仲有菠菜同椰菜，非常豐富。其實今日第二碗半價，可惜食左午飯。明太子雞翼，雞外皮脆，多汁，雞翼內滿滿的明太子，稍微辣。大阪風餃子，餃子皮薄雖然細粒左，但都啖啖肉，做法似大阪燒，係餃子面鋪上章魚燒醬、蛋黃醬、海苔粉、紫菜條、柴魚片等，又幾得意。不過我都係鍾意傳統果款多d。
