To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東涌這間東昇樓食咗十年八年，偶然會有一碟半碟唔太好食，好似今次咁全部都唔好食就真係第一次，今日唔知廚房搞乜鬼，大廚放咗假還是轉咗廚師就不得而知，總之短期內一定唔會再去食!!來東涌活動後都愛在這裡吃晚餐, 貪佢地多鑊氣美食, 點知今晚咁失威。東星小炒王見碟野上枱都知出事啦，睇樣完全冇鑊氣可言，冇乜味又唔香!椒鹽鮮魷無乜椒鹽的鮮魷燒鵝皇燒鵝皮還可以，有點微脆，鵝肉差唔多咩位置都係嚡的，仲要係淡茂茂同完全冇燒鵝嘅香味，咁差勁嘅燒鵝真係第一次食。霸王雞燒鵝同霸王雞基本上次次食都會點，之前的霸王雞又香又滑，今次又唔香又唔滑，又係差唔多全隻雞都嚡口，連帶出霸王雞豉油汁都無乜味的, 自問不是愛好味濃的人, 但也不要寡口囉!其他菜色全部都一般般，味道總是欠了一點點，以我哋呢班活動完像生了大食積嘅人。。。。。基本上叫幾多就清幾多，今晚竟然食剩好多嘢。。。。。燃燒鵝及雞都食唔曬, 只此這家!
