今日行經尖沙咀見到這間餐廳好吸引,因為三月做緊半價龍蝦優惠,龍蝦嘅煮法有五種,分別係避風塘,黃金流沙,芝士焗等。最後我哋揀左上湯龍蝦,龍蝦肉好實又新鮮,味道一流😋。我哋亦叫左黃金豆腐,餐廳職員好Nice, 特別提醒我哋一定要趁熱食,夠熱外皮先會夠脆。口感好特別,豆腐內軟又滑,但皮脆且香,正!😆我地亦叫左避風塘豬手,火候啱啱好,令到豬手外皮脆但唔會太硬太乾,豬手肉嫩身且Juicy! 🎊最後唔夠喉,再叫左份醬煮BB鴨,鴨皮香口,鴨肉多汁又嫩!好味!兼且有餐廳職員幫我哋剪開鴨肉,唔使自己用手撕,方便很多!服務一流!👍🏼我打算下星期會再嚟,趁住三月仲有半價食龍蝦嘅優惠,抵食!自己煮都冇咁平呀🥳🥳
