To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入夜後,科學園走了日間的熙來攘往,變成沙田遠方角落的孤城。隨著白石角新屋苑逐漸入伙,晚間的科學園又變成白石角居民覓食之地。科學園三期內的《薈聚軒》與新入伙的「朗濤」和「逸瓏灣8」僅一街之隔,今晚試吓呢間中菜館晚飯小菜既功架。今晚點了些家常小菜如「滑蛋蝦仁」,「蜜椒薯仔牛仔粒」,「义燒」試試。要讚「滑蛋蝦仁」熱辣辣上枱,師傅細心處理大蝦並已走腸,咬落爽既,亦真係有蝦味;芙蓉蛋非常滑,正係入口即溶感覺。孩子最愛,給大朋友們送飯亦一流。「蜜椒薯仔牛仔粒」彷彿份量上出了問題,主角牛仔粒數得出四五粒,卻被炸薯角大比數淹沒。夾得到既牛肉粒同薯仔跟蜜糖一齊炒,係帶微甜兼有鑊氣既;問題係冇幾多牛肉粒有得食。可惜。「义燒」最貴;冇折收足$168;瘦過林鄭,凍上,以為食緊隔夜食物,完全吾得。總結: 三碟家常小菜一優一常一負。呢間要識揀小菜嚟叫。質素可以好好同好壞都照上枱。
