Restaurant: Wing Nin Noodle (Olympian City 2)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有客埋嚟話佢碗麵係清湯,比佢哋落咗麻辣汁食唔到,叫佢哋比碗清湯溝稀佢。佢無道歉不特只,仲鬧返個客,話都唔知係咪真係有幫襯嘅,然後見個客繼續企係度先拎碗湯比佢。


到我自己個碗,竟然都係一樣。手機落單嘅咖喱汁變咗麻辣湯。為免再被漏單就叫收銀落單,收銀一嘢片埋嚟唔肯,仲叫我用手機比埋錢,唔好煩佢。


之後再有客人要求佢哋落單,佢哋猛話只可手機落。以前開咗咁耐都可人手落單,而家竟然拒絕仲話返個客轉頭。咁個收銀企係銀機做咩呢?全職鬧客?


三顧係平日中午前時間,我唔想同佢嘈,自己手機落單算,落單時同佢講要食瘦豬腸,叫佢幫手提醒。


差不多八十蚊碗車仔麵,終於豬腸完全係肚滿腸肥,肥膏多到漏出嚟。加上明顯開舖時都未煮夠時間,係咬唔開嘅。


魚蛋同紅腸明顯係冰箱直出,完全未解凍。滿滿雪味不特止,中間位仲要唔熱嘅。


紅腸成舊腸尾唔切開,連尾個節位都無切走。成舊腸完全咬唔開。


魷魚我估佢係同魚蛋同紅腸一齊淥,所以嚴重overcook, 所以都係韌到咬唔開。

終於成碗麵,真心放得落肚嘅只係公仔麵。但話晒成八十蚊碗加上決心唔再幫襯,我都勉強食晒佢。


三顧後回顧,舖位開得咁靚,對正入口,仲有自家用餐區。老細應該比咗好多錢租呢個位。


而人手充裕都難以想像,基本上淨櫃位未計廚房手都有四五個人,企滿晒個counter。成個food court佢哋最多人招呼客人。


老細原意應該想分工細緻啲、出餐質量好啲,快手啲。


點知花咁多資源,造就出嚟嘅係員工掛住傾計,唔專心,手機落單應可減少出錯,但都永遠有嘢錯,出餐慢,出錯嘢仲鬧客。


我本人應該永不回頭幫襯啦、寧願行遠啲去大角嘴大把選擇,又平又高質
