To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見間野新開入左去試,之前食佢分店都唔錯,自然對間野有期望,味道其實係唔差,但個人覺得食物唔夠熱,同埋侍應態度好一般,上菜求其D囉,即係放低就算又唔理有冇撞到客人既碗碟,倒瀉醬汁又唔知,不過佢提供西瓜汁比我飲已經將功補過嫁啦! 總括而言啦,係上水唔知食咩入去食下都不失為好選擇既。講下D食物啦佢野食啲汁夠正夠熱又夠多,梅菜扣肉係真係要大大力推薦既!口感真係非筆墨可以形容,完全唔會好似出面個D咁整到好油膩,唔洗搵飯送都食得落。另外佢有D潮州打冷既菜式,佢既風味絕對唔會輸比街邊個D打冷鋪,我會形容佢做"高檔打冷",真係好好食,佢既款式都幾多,下次會去再試下其他菜,而佢既炸小黃魚都係唔提唔得,所謂"小"黃魚條魚其實真係好大條,但個皮炸得好香好正,同時D魚肉又KEEP到好香滑似蒸魚,我一個人可以食2條,飽過食飯。但有一樣野要提,間野話明係"高檔打冷" ,價錢真係中上既,平均一個菜一個小食都講緊$100左右,而且等位都要等幾耐下,不過都算物有所值。
