To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間上海菜館進駐K11 Musea有海景環境唔錯午市供應點心、小菜、小食、粉麵飯平日仲會有折 埋單大約$300pp都算幾抵食上海菜館的考牌菜絕對係小籠包同鍋貼兩款都合格但未算得上最出色小籠包 包皮夠薄裡面的湯汁好味又熱辣辣鍋貼 比較油 但勝在個底煎得夠哂焦脆 皮亦唔會過厚 餡料多汁好味雞絲粉皮 好細碟 個醬偏重花生醬冇乜麻醬唔太正宗脆鱔 係我最喜愛的上海菜小食,將鱔切成幼條去炸再沾上惹味糖醋汁酸酸甜甜又超香脆,真係食唔停口 超喜歡!八寶炒年糕 用上秘製醬汁非常惹味,先嘗到甜酸鹹味,辣味在後,配上各樣富口感的材料包括海參、蝦仁、竹筍、菇、豬肉、當然仲有切成粒狀的年糕。年糕口感超正,非常煙韌軟糯,比起傳統一片片的我更喜歡這個粒狀的口感。寧波肋骨 其實就是糖醋骨,但個醬汁的醋味更出更香,炆到好腍肉質鬆軟可以輕易撕出,入哂味好正焗釀蟹蓋 蟹蓋其實係個小碗子塑造成蟹蓋的模樣,實在太可愛,不過點解唔直接用真蟹蓋呢🤔瑤柱蟹肉下面就係蛋白,再配醋食所以其實都係賽磅蟹,但的確好好食香蕉高力豆沙 新鮮即叫即整夠哂熱辣辣,咬落去仲出煙,外層蛋白好似梳乎厘般輕同綿,外面炸至金黃再沾上砂糖有脆脆口感,餡料味道唔

有海景環境唔錯的餐廳,食物尚算合格,部分菜式有驚喜但亦有些較為失望,但平日午市有優惠,性價比都算ok既,值得一試。
