To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上班族lunchtime好去處

這天要到北角上課，所以來到這間“隨心”。Lunch set大概70-80元一個，價錢中規中矩。我點了一個海南鷄喇沙，配一杯檸檬茶。餐廳上菜好快，幾分鐘後已陸續上齊。喇沙湯底非常重椰香味，充滿咖喱香之餘又不怎麽辣；黃麵和米粉配搭得很好，口感軟硬適中；加上豆卜、芽菜和小棠菜，整體感覺不算油膩。至於海南鷄則分開上，鷄肉嫩滑，沒有肥膏，點上醬料一起吃味道很好；又可以浸到湯裏面吃，冷熱交融，吃起來令人停不住口。而且整體分量頗多，像我胃口比較大都吃不完，所以非常抵吃。唯一美中不足的是，侍應見你吃完就立刻催促交枱，同事說因爲這餐廳比較受上班族歡迎，而且平日最好1點前到，因爲一定很多人等位。果然，我們12：30到這裏時，人還不算多，吃完也才不過1點，走的時候看見外面已經大排長龍。
