To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日返完去OT就諗下食乜好之前曾經經過呢間小店但冇為意今次有機會試了大概因為時間尚早吧,加上星期六上環區食晚飯一定冇乜人,我係第一位客人店面地方簡潔,冇乜特別華麗裝潢,每個座位都係一張木櫈,好有中國酸枝木傢俱個種 feel揀左 bar 枱位坐,有張餐牌貼左喺度,唔使慢慢揭每個座位已放了一張點餐紙,照跟中文字應該冇大問題吧反轉面仲有其他選擇我就點左廚師推介嘅招牌熊拉麵配以火炙肥叉燒 (點都唔會揀梅頭瘦叉燒吧,角切叉燒粒更加唔會考慮)廚師完成拉麵後客人需企起身捧起碗拉麵放落枱 (好新鮮的感覺不過叉燒只得一塊另外拉麵係配有一隻半熟蛋,做得不錯其他有部分拉麵係冇配半熟蛋的另外亦有些小配菜作調味,大概是辣的所以我冇落,右邊綠綠地個罐亦唔知係咩所以都冇落到整體黎講85蚊我覺得唔錯,好過有D收成舊水一碗但又唔太好食有機會再黎的話試試佢個廣島蠔拉麵
