朋友介紹呢間私房菜,佢嘅總廚師承西班牙米芝蓮 Jose Vicente Mascaros, 擅長將食材優化,神還原食物原味, 將味道提升到3星層次😋前菜有Handmade Tapas, Stired-fried Cuttlefish with Allioli Espuma 同 Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil, Cuttlefish 整得啱啱好,唔會嚡口,最驚豔係個蒜蓉醬,好有層次感又唔係剩係得個蒜味,必須要試,蝦都好新鮮,爽口又清新另外主菜係以雞為主Sabor Chicken Box 餐廳選用肇慶市封開縣杏花雞,廣東三大名雞之首. 吃起來有清、鮮、甜、爽、骨香之感先黎一個Chicken Liver Pate 濃郁雞肝味道,配上少少紅洋蔥,加爽脆自家焗製既包,食落齒甲留香Oven Baked Chicken 先嚟一個表演,喺你面前燒雞,之後用松果木煙燻製成,去皮拆骨,每口都是滑雞原味,配以青檸鹽及喜馬拉雅山礦物鹽,提升雞原味層次最後仲有Chicken-skin Oil Rice 全亞洲獨有,先將杏花雞淋上秘方的威士忌酒再點火,另酒滲入每吋雞皮裡,之後撕皮再焗至金脆,
