今日去咗上環一間好高質嘅西班牙菜餐廳,試左咗佢哋嘅午餐套餐,價錢係 HKD 268 每位,加 HK$50 可以選擇一杯飲品,仲有多幾款附加嘅菜式可以選擇。無論係食材嘅新鮮度、菜式嘅搭配,或者服務質素,都冇得挑剔。😍前菜首先上咗 *Tuna Tartare*,配上牛油果醬、海藻同埋魚子醬,味道清新,牛油果嘅滑溜感同鮪魚嘅鮮味完美結合,口感非常好。跟住我又試咗 *Ham Croquettes*,三件 Iberico 火腿嘅炸 croquettes,外脆內滑,火腿香味撲鼻,令人一試成主顧。另外,我有加價試咗 *Gambas al Ajillo*,大蝦配上香蒜同特級初榨橄欖油,蝦肉鮮甜,蒜香濃郁,真係好惹味!主菜主菜方面我選擇咗 *USDA Rib-Eye*(最少兩位),加 HK$150 每位。牛扒煎到外脆內嫩,肉質極其鮮嫩,搭配三重炸薯仔同埋烤大蒜,簡直係完美組合。甜品最後,甜品我試咗 *Coconut and Fresh Berries*,清爽嘅椰子味加上新鮮果 berries,食完後感覺唔會太膩。仲有 Basque Style Cheesecake,若果你鍾意芝士蛋糕,呢款真係唔可以錯過

前菜
