上環呢間Table果名夠晒特別,裝修同食物都同樣特別難忘。我地先試呢度既其中一個招牌菜Lobster Espresso🦞☕️我地今次就叫細size好啦,呢個龍蝦湯有2 層,面頭係超厚既龍蝦泡沫,下面就係濃縮既龍蝦肉湯。先唔講有一隻好厚肉既龍蝦鉗已經夠晒驚喜架啦,龍蝦鉗啲肉超鮮甜,勁新鮮!龍蝦湯仲要爆濃,飲完啲龍蝦味唔識散咁,超正!之後就係前菜South African Abalone Confit🐚呢個南非鮑魚醬先由廚師將新鮮既S.A. 鮑魚放入烤箱低溫烘烤烘大概10個鐘,再用平底鍋煎啲鮑魚煎到果邊脆晒,成隻鮑魚已經好香好嫩,再配埋特製醬汁,提升鮑魚既鮮味,正呀!跟住就係主菜之一既Hokkaido Uni Angel Hair🍝意粉用龍蝦高湯同埋海膽泥烹製,更特別係會加埋少少草莓去煮,草莓有啲水果味,味道比就咁用番茄更複雜更有層次,真係好好味呀!另一主菜就係牛扒Korean 1++ Ribeye🥩牛扒煎得岩岩好,外脆內軟,搭配暖暖地既喜馬拉雅鹽塊同埋香菜醬油醋汁沙拉,又唔會太油膩,好食呀!仲有一個菜式呀,好特別,但唔記得名啦😆不過味道好好,啲醬汁都好特別,好食。
