Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想食焗飯,傳統焗飯又無新意,就上網搵咗呢間食多士盒焗飯試吓。個人覺得這間店比起旺角,更近太子~~茶餐廳格局,環境沒什麼特別。可能位置唔算正中旺角,星期日晚飯時間也不算多人,坐得很闊落。點了一個焗鮮茄豬扒多士盒和蘿蔔牛腩迷你窩配飯。先講蘿蔔牛腩迷你窩,牛腩同蘿蔔都夠哂入味,蘿蔔超甜,仲有個爐仔熱著,保持熱辣辣咁食。因要熱著,汁就唔會太稠 (太稠會燶)。 唯一不足是牛腩唔太夠霖,但可以接受。個多士盒就好多汁,好像沿著麫包外殼流出黎咁!! 而且仲超大個!!麪包外皮焗到好脆,點汁食一流!!舖在上面的豬扒是切好搭上去,超級多,估計砌返埋有兩大塊~~翻開豬扒,內蕊就是炒飯底,粒粒都有蛋香~~飯量亦足。成個都超正。  不過太大個,最後食唔哂,估計這個多士盒兩個人食一個就差不多....... 另外個人覺得味道是偏重的~ 適合重口味人士~~~多士盒附送的蘿宋湯也不錯,料超多,啱我想食菜既人~

因要熱著,汁就唔會太稠 (太稠會燶)。 唯一不足是牛腩唔太夠霖,但可以接受。

個多士盒就好多汁,好像沿著麫包外殼流出黎咁!! 而且仲超大個!!

麪包外皮焗到好脆,點汁食一流!!
舖在上面的豬扒是切好搭上去,超級多,估計砌返埋有兩大塊~~
翻開豬扒,內蕊就是炒飯底,粒粒都有蛋香~~飯量亦足。
成個都超正。  
不過太大個,最後食唔哂,估計這個多士盒兩個人食一個就差不多....... 
另外個人覺得味道是偏重的~ 適合重口味人士~~~

多士盒附送的蘿宋湯也不錯,料超多,啱我想食菜既人~
