To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次光顧,覺得唔會再去⋯食物質素不錯,點了一個母親節套餐,七人食,分量足夠,不會太多只是每道菜之間的時間太長,每道菜式平均等15-30分鐘,其中一道松子魚後,等了55分鐘才來烤鴨食一餐飯催了四五次⋯衛生情況亦差,女廁兩格,一格塞勁臭,全晚都冇抹手紙及廁紙,冇人清潔推薦 特色草捆牛骨、京燒排骨架,好食烤鴨就一般,冇乜驚喜全餐飯因為不停等⋯等⋯其實好影響大家心情,慶祝母親節,就會等到㷫,搞到屋企人冇心機,係幾掃興
