To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周日早上來飲茶,試下新開茶樓,入座時先得3枱客,寫好點心,等咗20分鐘上咗1份唔使蒸的桂花榚,同時催佢上快啲,過10分鐘再來咗1個點心,又催,部長過來話5分鐘全部上哂,5分鐘後再上1個點心,到50分鐘問究竟仲上唔上,回覆話已經整好拎緊出來,5分鐘後最後1樣上齊,前後用時55分鐘
