To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟海港薈飲茶幾次今次係第一次喺下午茶時段入座竟然安排到窗口嘅卡位坐得舒適不過唯一缺點就係比較難搵到服務員 叫咗個燒腩仔湯瀨粉估唔到燒腩仔嘅質素喺下午茶時段都唔馬虎燒得好香脆XO醬蘿蔔糕就無話非常特別炸兩嘅油炸鬼就有少少硬鹹水角有一個賣相唔係咁OK 蒸鳳爪好味馬拉糕夠軟熟鳳爪排骨蒸飯d飯夠淋啱哂我見到有蜜糖雞翼即刻叫一份又幾好味喎最後連豬手都試埋嚿骨夠哂斤量 😂我哋盡量揀d大點嚟叫因為下午茶時段小點、中點同大點統統都係計「小點」嘅費用
