To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一個人去了皇室堡食嘢,就選擇了呢度,幾年前我哋經常去,但覺得味道每況越下才無去都有好幾年,今日再來試吓吧。環境變化吾大,都ok舒服,今日試吓下午茶套餐,價錢幾經濟,我選了他他醬炭火炸雞飯加配炸餃子同柚子蜜。等了一會,食物上枱了,賣相都可以啦,(因為下午茶價錢較平,所以要求吾會高),上枱時吾會有餃子汁要問服務員,餃子🥟味道麻麻,配餃子汁就好味D,因為較乾身,炸雞就超難食,硬到咬吾開,坦白講超柴皮,肯定是番炸的,雖然下午茶較平但無可能俾呢個炸雞上抬囉,所以只可用餃子配飯食,應該吾會再來吧😤。
