To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日黎試下午茶,呢間酒樓點心真係幾好味,雖然員工服務態度一般,特別有個後生男仔。首先,我哋叫左芝士蝦春卷、同埋菠蘿叉燒包,芝芝士蝦春卷非常有特色,推介。雖然蝦唔係特別多,但連埋芝士食,熱辣辣,香口,非常吸引。之後,菠蘿叉燒包鬆軟,後來嘅金菇肥牛腸粉,牛肉好彩唔算好硬,食落比想像中好味。
