今日朋友即興約左我放工食飯,仲話想去西環食,佢仲講左間餐廳,幾好呀,唔駛諗~~~今晚落好大雨,搭地鐵去要行條斜路先到,真係勁大雨行到去都差唔多濕哂...LOL一入到餐廳真係舒服哂~可能今日大雨,所以無乜客人望下MENU,店員又同我地介紹下,最後就叫左3個食物同每人一杯COCKTAIL首先係我既COCKTAIL-COLA COFFEE MARTINI,有可樂同COFFEE VODKA,再加埋豆蔻,其實都幾重口味GA XD之後係呢個椰菜花醬伴魚子醬煎帶子,有三大粒帶子,上面舖滿魚子醬,下面就有一塊細PANCAKE,係PANCAKE同埋帶子中間就有椰菜花醬,帶子火喉岩岩好唔會過熟~帶子大大粒,亦都好多魚子醬,不過成200蚊就好似貴左少少之後就係第一個主菜PORTABELLA HASH BROWNS, DUCK EGG & CHEESE,我印象中好似係第一次食煎鴨蛋,不過味道就無乜特別,下面有芝士同大啡菇,最底係煎薯餅,成個菜幾香口,味道亦係如預期一樣,係唔錯既,不過就比較油之後就係IBERICO PORK RACK, FENNEL, PRUNE,個豬好好味,豬味好濃,亦都煮得有咬口得黎又唔會
