To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛肉片鬆化牛味濃、牛肩肉嚥韌彈滑、牛丸高質充滿彈性爆汁水潤、牛筋微黏微滑結實醃味濃、牛腩軟軟腍腍炆得濃郁可口。寬身河粉好綿好滑啊!米香出眾,拖著靚湯啜啜啜,特濃牛骨味道,醇厚清甜,溫柔的香料味,飲落順喉舒服,回味無窮。

生牛肉湯檬,爽爽的檬粉搭著濃濃牛湯齊齊灌入口,暖笠笠直達腸胃,舒服幸福。馬拉盞炒通菜,油光立立令!食不到馬拉盞香辣味道,亦看不到馬拉盞的肉碎,近乎清炒的演繹。翠綠的通菜原汁原味爽脆充滿水份,幸好尚算合格過關。

黑椒粉絲大頭蝦煲,點解蝦要打孖上呢?是否兩公婆一公一乸?較大隻的蝦有膏但霉肉,較細隻的蝦無膏但肉質爽彈。雖然沒有吱吱聲到來,都照樣感受得到熱力迫人,開蓋輕煙飄送,野蠻的黑椒跟鮮蝦氣味撲面而來!識食必定知道粉絲才是精髓才是靈魂所在!由黑椒碎、洋蔥、蔥段、豉油炒成,最後吸盡大頭蝦釋放出的肉汁,綿綿地大注大注塞入口,微辣芬芳香噴噴,彈彈粉絲拖著濃郁鮮味蝦汁,停不了吸啜的動作,美味可口拍案叫絕!粉絲好食過蝦,最衰有少少散碎。

串燒併盤,即叫生燒格外鮮味!雞串大多用雞胸肉,雞味事實會比較濃郁但一般都略乾鞋,何解不可以用雞髀肉呢?豬串油潤滿分,豬甜眾肉汁滴滴。牛串淡淡芳香牛肉味,嚥韌有趙頭。蝦串結實,蝦味甜美可口。

金不換牛肉炒金邊粉走芽菜,即係九層塔。走芽菜不是太難麻?何解老闆非常擔心?我經常食乾牛河、星洲米、肉片炒麵、豬雜炒米都要全走,淨肉炒架啦!最後芽菜有走,但加入洋蔥椰菜,其實我都係唔食架,激死我!金邊粉散發超強金不換味道,特濃有點混濁!落味平凡鬱悶悶,好采金邊粉完整彈彈能一氣呵成大啖啜。牛肉鬆軟腍腍,味道帶點酸,整碟油地獄一樣!食到滿口油,太油我肚仔會不舒服架。
