To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物款式少，質素很一般，魚生壽司比一般連鎖店還要差，我平時食自助餐最喜歡食沙律，因為只有自助餐才有較為出色嘅沙律，可惜這個真是例外！差不多全部食物都等職員分配，連甜品也要找職員代勞！以自助餐來說，食物款式比較少，連熟食類也不多，以$400一個自助午餐，性比價十分低，同樣價錢，外面大把選擇，海鮮類只有生蠔及少量貝殼類，但要等那個不太熟練嘅員工開生蠔，每人排隊攞三隻，排了一次都不想再走去排第二次，小弟從來唔寫食評，但這個必須留下一個記錄，可以不再幫襯！
