Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老媽子朋友說: 果間「潮江春」好好食架,得閒去試下啦! 但伏線從此埋下 午市點心選擇不多,都是點了較大路的點心。先來的是菠蘿叉燒包&蒸牛肉腸粉。菠蘿叉燒包賣相不錯,幾特別。但一試便知道又是「好睇唔好食」的東西,首先這個包分為酥皮、包、叉燒(叉燒醬)三個部份,最難得之是食下去便知道這三個部份是完全沒有關連,完全唔夾,沒有任何配合。而且來到的時候已涼掉,的確失望。最後叉燒與叉燒醬佔的比例極少,真的是「慳得就慳」蒸牛肉腸粉質感極差,三條「痴」埋一齊,仲帶有「粉糊」的感覺,失敗中的失敗醬汁蒸鳳爪看起來真的不錯。但又是中伏之作,整個醬汁只有豉油的少許鹹味,沒有甜和辣味,非常清淡啊確是有點驚嚇竟然連鳳爪都可以甘差勁。「山竹牛肉球」一看便知道不及格,這是一個粗糙的球體啊,完全沒有那種嫩滑的感覺。雖然加上喼汁後味道比一般的差了一點點,但真的差本來以為潮江春食潮洲粉果應該幾穩陣,但原來又錯了粉果的外皮有點厚,而且粉粉的,食下去有點「漿」住個口。但味道只是與一般潮洲粉果相若牛栢葉份量不少,但有時真系應該重質不重量。味道相當清淡,個人認為較適合著重健康的人食因為只有少許薑絲的味道failfail

燒賣和糯米雞終終正常了一點,燒賣就是普通的燒賣,而糯米雞就是普通的糯米雞,終於有少少野系岩食,好開心

順帶一說,這裡的服務真的不行,不是說待應的態度,而是整體服務水平。已吃完的點心放在枱邊近10分鐘也沒有人理會,要我們主動請待應收起。水壺打開近10分鐘也是同樣沒人理會,也需要主動要求才能加水。除了食物質素外,這應該是需要改善吧。

這裡價錢也不便宜,茶位和酸菜也是$10@,當然點心也比一般連鎖店貴。
