To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁岩係附近出完job 同事話呢間幾出名 於是揀左呢到食lunch! 環境係類似普通茶餐廳 冇乜裝修~~難得黎到緊係要叫啲特色野~即係睇完個名都唔知係乜既野xd就係呢碗 老趙牛肉粉 我揀左檬粉 同事揀左河粉=]黎到原來係牛筋腩+牛丸+牛肉+大大舊白蘿蔔@@ 首先牛丸都幾彈牙同大粒!白蘿蔔好入味!牛腩牛肉就冇乜驚喜喇 正常啦!反而個牛筋幾特別 相對比較透明同勁滑!份量都幾大碗!湯粉對我黎講最重要既就係個湯底~幾清甜!唔似係味精味!正=]同事就額外加左啲檸檬汁 佢話加完正好多 啲杲會再出啲!另外一位同事叫左碗 "檬要" 原來係蕃茄湯底!佢話幾特別幾好味!大家可以試下=]呢到lunchtime 加8蚊可以有杯特色飲品 由15蚊到28蚊都有得揀 唔洗補差價嫁!我就嗌左凍杯蜂蜜柑桔露 我見到以為蜂蜜就以為係甜既 原來杯野係咸既==
