貴緣最近喺大角咀呢度開咗分店,今日經過呢排決定去試一試,仲記得之前喺紅磡成日都食呢間,算係米線界嘅名店🙌酒香醉雞翼叫咗呢個前菜,酒香醉雞翼,醃製得非常入味,雞翼的肉質鮮嫩。酒香味道濃郁,帶有一絲甜味,令肉質更加鮮香可口。元祖金酸濃湯呢個就係招牌金湯酸菜魚嘅湯底,濃湯味道層次豐富,酸味適中,個人會喜歡比較辣啲。湯底濃稠,搭配的紅薯粉、走韭菜同手打魚腐,非常推介佢嘅手打魚腐,非常新鮮,每一口都充滿了鮮味,另外,冬菇王都唔錯✅青花椒麻濃湯有著獨特的麻辣風味,湯底濃郁,帶有青花椒的香氣。紅薯粉吸收咗湯底的精華,口感滑順,搭配增倍的蔥,更加增添了香氣和味道,呢碗嗌咗腐竹同埋腩肉,腩肉非常唔錯,唔會太肥,但係好入味🥹🥹
