To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「不好吃還需吃」這六個字構成的意思,什是悲哀,也許會問,那麼被迫,不好去吃便是了。的確,不吃便是,唯生活上,吃是必需,在時間地點的客觀因素影響下,總會被迫光顧一些差劣的食店。東涌稻香,食物質素水準長期保持在黎生的標準而下,如茗茶,點心的味道平平無期,如牛肉腸,皮厚兼糊口,豉油亦可淡如無味,真的算是什麼。服務態度亦惡劣,交點心紙,很困難才有服務員接收去,而點心上桌,點心總是放到桌邊來,點心籠永遠只有一疊疊上桌,往後自顧吧!茶具,就總給人不清潔的感覺,當用茶沖洗後,往往見到油漬浮面!集團式的就是這樣的嗎? 還記得數十年前的稻香,不是這樣子的,難度只是東涌的稻香是這樣嗎?黎生不明了,走出東涌,黎生已絕小光顧稻香。

東涌稻香,食物質素水準長期保持在黎生的標準而下,如茗茶,點心的味道平平無期,如牛肉腸,皮厚兼糊口,豉油亦可淡如無味,真的算是什麼。

服務態度亦惡劣,交點心紙,很困難才有服務員接收去,而點心上桌,點心總是放到桌邊來,點心籠永遠只有一疊疊上桌,往後自顧吧!
