To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食品質素和味道相比以前銅鑼灣店相差很遠,服務態度一般,價錢不平,環境裝修有啲舊,以前的芒果手卷是好令人回味的,但今次完全冇味及材料非常乾,好像一點醬汁都沒有,炸土匪外皮非常之硬,炸得非常乾,仲要中間有條雪條棍,覺得有點奇怪,焗芝士冬菇,好一半,味道和以前爭好遠,Pizza Size比較細,味道尚算可以,沙律前菜和雜菜煲冇特別,帶子煲和鰻魚炒飯總算是全餐飯比較好吃的東西,每人都要花$300有多,總括來講不值得再試!
