To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不得了的靚湯、燒鵝、蝦餅昨晚探險深入文英街、小飛俠帶我去食好西、由她發板介紹。燒鵝來了⋯⋯皮脆肉嫰、肥脂分佈少。掂當掂當👍👍👍已生起極大歡喜、急不及待I phone 食先。影呀影呀。放入口一咬、突然靈光一閃、😋😋😋好食呀、完全跟眼睛估計的亳無差異。正到冇朋友。靚湯來了⋯⋯揭盅一下先、西洋菜陳腎湯，好香呀！色澤深而清、用料十足、使我起勁、頭啖湯試一試、媽的呀，可只陳腎、仲有紅棗、少量羅漢果鮮味甜味香味一并吞進、舒服到我呢。超好飲禁不住大笑「好正呀」😍😍$70一大盅、哈哈。有冇攪乜錯。點做生意嫁！腦袋內第二個信息發出、再叫再叫、試多個花旗參㷛生魚。參味濃郁鮮且甜！又係$70大洋。開心死、堅執到寶👍👍👍嚟嚟嚟整個招牌蝦餅魷魚相併、嘩蝦餅皮薄咬落彈而軟身、蝦與肥豬肉係黃金比例、無懈可擊！
