To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港女一向喜歡到懷舊茶餐廳，大安係wish list 已久，但一直未有時間試一試，見到食評更不抱太大期望，友人有時間，找一個好坐嘅地方，就想起大安茶冰廳。冰廳內部保留得很好，友人叫了五香肉丁多士，五香肉丁微辣，份量唔細，做午餐剛好，我叫了沙嗲牛肉炒公仔麵，雖然公仔麵有少少淋，但呢個煮法幾新鮮，flat white 拉花好靚，忌廉溝鮮奶又好懷舊又好飲。閑談一頓飯，坐喺卡位，都幾舒服，待應有禮，感覺良好！下次可以再去！
