To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次想食台灣菜 都一定會諗起呢間但係之前評價有啲差所以一直無試今次鼓起勇氣去試鹵水滷肉飯鹵水好少會難食 不過有啲咸滷肉好少 無汁麻辣牛肉麵無麻辣火鍋嘅味道牛肉又乾啲麵又好似有陣味熱情果梳打奶茶有驚喜 裡面原來有寒天兩杯都幾好飲唔會二訪台灣菜有更多嘅選擇
