To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好好地一餐生日飯，搞到心情極差。叫侍應開壼茶，叫左5次都唔黎，落左單好耐都無食物到，隔離枱都忍唔住同個傳菜嘈，心情更差。最後d食物到，好慢，一係好鹹，煲湯又少，6個人每人大半碗茶樓size嘅碗，少量湯渣，仲要百幾蚊一煲，侍應完全唔得閒理我地，本身約咗第二間，因為有示威所以去唔到，但唔會再嚟呢間，一定。
