To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰂魚涌Taikoo Place商厦林立，特多寫字樓，食肆自然也很多選擇，但是大都只能做早餐、午市和下午茶，情况和中環一樣。今日有些事去Quarry Bay 辦理，午膳時間去試下OpenRice多好評的食店試下，坐抵隨心，叫咗肉骨茶和海南雞套餐。🔹️海南雞飯👎碟油飯上時連去骨雞肉7，8件到，肥膏連皮和雞肉各一半，胸肉唉唉地，脾肉則嫩滑些但肥膏層太厚，天一半地一半，最终雞就食晒，油飯剩咗成半。成個餐，最好味係個杯仔裹的雞湯！🔸️肉骨茶👎肉骨茶偏甜，裹面有冬菰2個，紅棗2粒，一字腓2條和其他藥材，藥味冇乜，骨味冇乜，湯唔夠熱，和ssp的蘇媽相去甚遠，連餐白飯相對較硬和乾，只是微温。對我來說，没下次了。
