To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未去過咁多人, 咁噪的私房菜!理解中的私房菜是精緻, 2-3 檯, 家庭feel 的, 但這間大開中門, 走道上貼滿店舖名稱, 門口有大大postboard, 大賣廣告, 店內有大大小小接近10檯, 旁邊還有一個小型超市, 賣自家及其他的罐頭, 冷藏食物等, 真是非一般的私房菜館。首先環境差, 檯太密, 背對背, 我們5個人, 竟用二張高低不一的檯, 食物無得揀, 198位, 份量唔算少, 差不多10個菜, 但可怕味道一般:拼盤4味, 可以, 特別是仿炸魚皮, 味道香口!魚翅湯, 差, 無味道, 仿翅硬!彩虹壽司, 差, 飯太硬!鮮茄春卷, 對唔住, 食唔到茄味, 不過新鮮炸, 味道ok!釀南瓜, ok, 不過有點膩! 翡翠玉餃, 可以, 幾fresh!炒三色燈籠椒, 加仿海參, d 海參有點硬!炒飯, ok! 最失敗係二個甜品, 奇怪既唔可以用牛油, 點解要做西點??? 蘋果千屠酥, 其實味道都不錯, 但就唔夠香, 唔夠酥, 另一個芒果布甸, 應該係用豆槳做, 味道非常怪!
