To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香廣告: '每日空運抵港' 松葉蟹$138/斤,好吸引,即帶同兩老去食蟹。我地想揾一隻大的松葉蟹,女部長話今日嘅蟹都係2斤半,來貨時已磅過。不讓我們在水缸再揀,廚房會揀的,因為隻隻都一樣。又因程序在廚房進行,不能讓我親眼看見秤蟹及蟹的重量!咁都要睇吓自己隻蟹個真身啩!在我堅持下,才用車仔放咗一隻話係2斤半的蟹比我哋睇,但好明顯鉗同爪已張開不動,口眼亦冇反應。女部長話松葉蟹不太動,是正常的。我要求要另一隻,佢不情願地換來的都是極慢爪,還斷了一只尾指的。仲話要就要,隻隻差不多,就走開了。為免兩老難堪,不再爭持,還是接受了。但呢個時候女部長就同落單同事話,呢隻有2斤9兩,所以要加2兩。吓!我問如何目測這蟹重多2両? 我心算計出2斤9兩相等於兩斤半多一兩,何來計出要加2兩?有詐騙之嫌!質詢下佢改話加1両,隨口亂講好離譜!但問題仲未完,松葉蟹蒸熟上枱,咦!隻蟹唔同咗!呢隻尾爪兩邊都無斷。又再查詢,今次一個姓趙女店長出來處理,佢話唔會攪錯,仲攞另一枱隻松葉蟹比我哋睇(認出是第一隻死蟹,因為個殼有D特徵)。我同姓趙女店長講述之前發生嘅事,佢承認要加2両是不對,會更正,但堅持蟹是不會攪錯,要信他們。

其實稻香松葉蟹, 根本沒有兩斤半重, 但是他們卻每隻都作二兩斤半計算。 計算起來,一隻要$345。一點也不便宜!不足秤,不新鮮,被換蟹!手法低劣!
以廉價推銷質素極差或已死的蟹。好好一間上巿公司集團,搞到如此不堪,令人失望,街坊客必流失。我亦不會再幫襯。
