萬聖節扮鬼扮馬去狂歡慶祝的年紀早已過去, 反而相約一班嘴饞之人狂拆一餐, 比trick or treat來得開心。 一班人聚餐首選是中菜, 而地點選擇了天后曾光顧過的 - 御名軒。 御名一品拼盤 $188 先來一碟拼盤: 有叉燒、煙鴨胸、燻蹄、油雞和海蜇。 叉燒是每次到御名軒必食的項目, 半肥瘦的肉質腍軟入味, 加上香甜蜜汁更是好食。煙鴨胸彈牙, 燻蹄爽口, 油雞嫩滑, 而彈牙的海蜇帶麻油香, 餓腸轆轆的很快就把前菜吃光。 清蒸大閘蟹 $48/隻 大閘蟹當造季節當然不少得主角的份兒, 一隻隻排得整齊的大閘蟹猶如Star Wars的白兵般。 每隻大閘蟹約有4両重, 而10月尾多是吃蟹公, 因臨近水尾, 蟹膏亦稍稍偏少, 不過爆膏的程度仍是叫人滿意, 每人2隻的份量足夠品嘗, 此刻各人都沉醉於與大閘蟹搏鬥中。 雖然翌日爆出大閘蟹的醜聞, 幸好只是吃了兩隻算是過足口癮, 期待下年的健康大閘蟹! 吃過大閘蟹務必要喝杯薑茶去寒, 尤其是女生們, 這杯薑茶加入了普洱, 顏色深如可樂, 味亦較濃澀, 糖份不高, 多喝兩杯也沒問題! 流沙帶子賽螃蟹 $98 每次吃中
