To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本想去天虹,行過間舖個老板話送碟海鮮比我地食。抱住食海鮮,間間都差唔多味道既心態去試。點知,到上菜,我地叫左個四人餐$799,首先黎個白灼蝦,四個人,每人分得兩隻,大細不一,而且蝦身比較霉,第二碟黎個避風塘炒蟹,蟹肉霉,冇乜肉,冇膏,冇味。第三碟,炸鮮尤,呢碟比較正常少少最後黎埋碟油菜同炒飯,屋企合埋身都煮得好食過佢。。仲有碟炒蜆,冇味道,殼仲多過肉最後,黎到最精彩既一碟,佢話送既辣酒東風螺。。。黎到得七粒,四個人每人兩粒都冇。送得咁小家,難為佢竟然送得出,我寧願佢唔好送。。。 埋單只收現金,啤酒40 蚊支,加埋9百幾,一D都唔值。冇下次!
