To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時返工路過耀華街頭唔起眼既小店，今日終於一試⋯有種唔聲唔聲嚇你一驚感覺！原來小店都可以好出色⋯餐牌選擇唔算多，配搭更少，店舖枱只有8張左右，容納不多，但環境幾乾淨，我試左個四川豬肚絲麵加涼拌青瓜，麵係小麻辣，非常的麻香，食到頭都麻痺痛，麵係幼身上海麵都算彈牙爽口，略嫌婉太細，我一個小女子都唔夠飽，而豬肚好林⋯都係太少（$55）最後一定要講個青瓜⋯可以大膽講句係幾十年人食過最好食青瓜，青瓜清翠爽口，味道調校適中，汁料特別，係黑忟忟的，總之一試難忘，而我見其他客人一般都會嗌$108果個招牌套餐⋯下次我一定要食佢！
