To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行7個人去九龍城食泰國嘢就岩曬啦～兩個朋友都一致表示想食泰皇閣，就拿拿林打電話去book! 食物點評就往下睇～泰肚餓既關係，我地叫左十樣野咁多仲一人一杯飲品🤣生蝦新鮮彈牙，同埋乾淨，配埋蒜片同辣椒粒，刺激味蕾😝叫左兩個菜，分別係馬拉盞炒通菜同蒜茸炒芥蘭，菜唔老，不過調味再濃味少少就更加好味啦蠔既話蠔味爭D，調味可以再濃D，我覺得麻麻地…因為咩味都食唔到，蠔都唔係特別肥美🙈冬陰功湯，入面有有菇、青口、蝦、魷魚，唔會好辣～個人認為帶有少少甜味，我都飲左兩碗😋擺盤有心思，牛扒小山丘🤣牛扒燒得岩岩好，淡淡粉紅色，再舖上滿滿既泰式辣醬，好惹味，椒味濃😚金邊粉每次食泰國菜都會叫個炒金邊粉，上碟靚靚冇走樣🤣熱辣辣👍🏻生菜包，肉碎炒得香口，辣度岩岩好，襯熱食啊😙一黎到好大條鰂魚😂，不過調味都係差啲…串燒，正常發揮，個沙嗲醬偏甜
